Stories and humour are a wonderful source of creative inspiration. Whether they be simple ideas that we find funny, or tales of unusual goals and curious inventions, we follow the path and see where they take us.

Sometimes, when we describe a work of art, there are certain words that mean so much more. Artwork can evoke special emotions, but we tend to hide feelings under appropriate descriptions.

Wizard Week is our celebration of "The Wizards and the Whale" publishing birthday... ...and all of Jean's extraordinary works of art created around the book.

A combination of invention, fun and colour can create artistic poetry.

We invent because we need something in particular, like “Rolling Moon” artwork inspired by real-life moon journeys that surround us with a Haiku view.

There is joy in unexpected observations of patterns and designs.

So, when we notice them, as if by surprise, our brains light up. In turn, these images subtly influence our creativity, as if a thread were weaving its way through.
